Our after sales service

Customer service is very important to us and we want to make sure that you are 100% happy with your blinds.

If your blind has arrived faulty or damaged or after a few months becomes faulty don't worry just give us a call on 0845 604 9610 and we will arrange to replace the blind straight away.

If after a period of time your blind becomes faulty, simply give us a call on 0845 604 9610 and explain the problem. If we can't solve it over the phone, your blind is covered by a 3 year guarantee so again we will replace the blind for you.

If you are not sure about something with your blind or have a question please don't hesitate in giving us a call.

If you realise that you would like to change your order once you have submitted it please call us straight away, if we haven't started to make your blind then we can change your order. Unfortunately if we have already started making your blind we are not able to make any changes.

If once you have received your blind and it doesn't fit, please do the following:

  • If you have ordered more than one blind check that you are fitting it at the right window. Even though two blinds may seem the same size, each one is made to your exact requirements.
  • Check your measurements on your confirmation e-mail against the window - have you measured correctly?
