If your blind has arrived faulty or damaged or after a few months becomes faulty don't worry just give us a call on 0800 916 7798 and we will arrange to replace the blind straight away.
If after a period of time your blind becomes faulty, simply give us a call on 0800 916 7798 and explain the problem. If we can't solve it over the phone, your blind is covered by a 12-month guarantee so again we will replace the blind for you.
If you are not sure about something with your blind or have a question please don't hesitate in giving us a call.
If you realise that you would like to change your order once you have submitted it please call us straight away, if we haven't started to make your blind then we can change your order. Unfortunately if we have already started making your blind we are not able to make any changes.
